• Cancellation fee of 100.0% is charged if cancelled 2 day(s) or less before the event; Cancellation fee of 50.0% is charged if cancelled 7 day(s) or less before the event; Cancellation fee of 15.0% is charged if cancelled 15 day(s) or less before the event

• If your ship is late to arrive we will automatically reschedule your tour times to allow you to attend your tour; in this event call 1-908-267-9495 for your rescheduled times.

• Guests will receive a full refund in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows and late shows will be charged the full price of their ticket.

•  Baranof Tours reserves the right to cancel a guest’s tour if it's felt  that for any reason guest(s) cannot participate safely in our activity.  Refunds for such cases will be determined on a case by case bases.
